Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions, from installation to payment, from indicators to troubleshooting. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, write to us.

Getting started

What is UMRAYS?
UMRAYS is trading automation that runs on Binance in the Futures and Spot markets. It runs on your own computer; it opens a position when the indicators you chose hold at the same time on a candle, and manages that position with the protection modules you chose. UMRAYS doesn’t hold your money: your assets stay in your own Binance account, and the bot only sends orders using the API key you give it.
Does it work on Spot too?
Yes. At the top of the bot there is a Futures and Spot switch. Spot is LONG (buy) only; since there is no leverage or liquidation, the Leverage field and Liquidation Shield are disabled. The bot keeps the coins it buys in a ledger. It can also take over coins you bought yourself earlier in your wallet: a takeover window appears at startup and you tick which ones to hand to the bot. The cost is calculated automatically from your Binance trade history; coins whose history can’t be proven (transfers, Convert) can’t be taken over. The bot doesn’t touch coins you didn’t tick. In Spot, the bot never places a sell order below the purchase cost.
How do I download and install it?
Download opens at launch. Step-by-step instructions are in the Setup guide. When you run the installer, the Launcher opens. The Launcher is the bot’s entry screen: you sign in with your email, choose your language, enter your API key if you want, and see your plan and days status. The bot can only be started through the Launcher. System requirements: Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit.
How do I sign up?
You sign up with your email address. The Launcher asks for your email; after verification your account is opened and your APEX balance is tied to that address. No payment details are needed to sign up.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days of SUPERNOVA free. Everything is unlocked in the trial: 12 timeframes, 8 indicators and all 5 modules. There are two exceptions: during the trial you can’t buy an Extra Page and the daily usage reward doesn’t accrue; the reward starts with your first plan.
Is my computer powerful enough?
The bot is a program installed on your computer; it doesn’t run in a browser.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. It doesn’t run on 32-bit Windows, macOS or Linux.
  • Computer: laptop or desktop, either works.
  • Processor and memory: measured use is about 5–7% CPU and ~300 MB of memory per page. An ordinary laptop is enough for a single page; when you buy an Extra Page, this load is shown again on the purchase screen.
  • Internet: you need an uninterrupted connection; prices stream live from Binance.
  • Keep it on: the bot runs while your computer is on. On a laptop, closing the lid or sleep mode stops scanning; if you’ll run it for long, turn sleep off.
Do I need a server or a VPS?
No. UMRAYS runs on your own computer, not on a server. Binance prices come straight to your computer over WebSocket; signals and alerts are calculated there, and orders are signed and sent directly to Binance. There is no server of ours, or anyone else’s, in between. The bot runs while your computer is on.
Which exchange does it work on?
Right now it works only on Binance: Futures and Spot, USDT pairs. You can scan all coins or only the ones you pick.
Does it run on Mac, Linux or a phone?
No. The bot runs only on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) computers; laptop or desktop, either works. There is no app for macOS, Linux or phones. If you turn on Telegram notifications, trade and protection notifications reach your phone.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every condition, module and setting is set up with buttons and boxes on the bot’s screen; you write no code. The ? next to each setting explains in your language what it does.
Which languages is the bot in?
The interface and every ? explanation come in 23 languages. In Arabic, Persian and Urdu the interface flips right-to-left. This website is published in the same 23 languages.

Account and email

How do I change my email address?
Your email address is your account’s identity: your plan, remaining days and APEX balance are tied to it. You request the change from the account screen in the Launcher; once the new address is verified, your balance and time carry over as they are, and no days are lost.
Can I use the bot on more than one computer?
Yes. Your license is tied to your account, not to a computer: you can install the bot on any computer you like and sign in with your own email. Only one session can be open at a time; when you open the bot on another computer, the previous session closes by itself.
Can I lose my APEX balance?
No. Your balance doesn’t expire. Purchased APEX works for every item: plans, modules and Extra Pages. Bonuses and gifts work for modules and Extra Pages; plans are bought with purchased APEX only.

API and security

Why do you ask for an API key?
So that orders can be sent to Binance. To trade Futures, the key needs Futures permission; to trade Spot, it needs Spot trading permission. Leave withdrawal permission off; the bot only opens and closes trades. Your key is stored encrypted on your own computer and never sent to a server. Details on the Security page.
Can I use it without an API key?
Yes. The Launcher has a “Continue without key” option. In this mode the bot scans the market, builds all signal combinations and shows the signals, but does not send orders: automated trading, DCA Rescue, Profit Lock and Liquidation Shield do not run. If you want, you can turn a signal into a trade manually on Binance or another exchange; you don’t need a Binance account. If you turn automation on without entering a key, the bot doesn’t silently stop; it shows a clear warning on screen. If you want to try everything without a key, choose “Start with DEMO” in the Launcher: automated trading and all five modules run with a $10,000 virtual balance.
Binance shows error “-2015”. What should I do?
This error is related to your key’s IP restriction or permissions. Before the bot starts, the Launcher sends a single verification request; if it gets an error, it takes you straight to the fix screen: is Futures permission enabled on the key, and is this computer’s address on the IP whitelist.

Plans, APEX and payment

What is APEX?
APEX is the unit of account inside UMRAYS: 1 APEX = 1 USD. You buy plans, modules and Extra Pages with APEX. APEX cannot be cashed out or transferred.
Is it a subscription? Does it renew automatically?
No subscription, no automatic renewal; you are never charged again. Each purchase adds 30 days to that item. When the time runs out, that item closes; nothing else happens unless you buy again. If you buy back to back, the days add up and are not lost.
What are the plans and prices?
Plan30 daysTimeframeIndicatorModulesExtra Page

NOVA39 APEX8 / 124 / 8BTC Gate included · others separately · no MTF—
PULSAR69 APEX12 / 128 / 8BTC Gate + Liquidation Shield included · others separately1–4
SUPERNOVA119 APEX12 / 128 / 85 modules included1–4

Modules individually: BTC Gate 9 · Profit Lock 19 · Liquidation Shield 14 · DCA Rescue 24 · MTF Confirmation System 29 (MTF only with PULSAR and SUPERNOVA). Buying PULSAR and the five modules separately costs 141 APEX; SUPERNOVA gives you all of it for 119. The current basket is on the Pricing page.

Do I earn APEX as I use it?
Yes, while you have a plan:
  • NEBULA 0.25 · NOVA 0.50 APEX for 2 hours of use a day (up to 7.5 / 15 a month).
  • PULSAR 0.75 · SUPERNOVA 1 APEX for 2 hours of use a day (up to 22.5 / 30 a month).
The reward starts with your first plan; it doesn’t accrue during the free trial. Reward APEX can be spent on modules and Extra Pages; plans can’t be bought with rewards.
Do I pay a penalty if I upgrade my plan?
No, there’s no penalty; your unused days don’t go to waste. The value of your current plan’s unused days (plan price ÷ 30 × days left) is deducted from the price of the new plan, and you pay only the difference. Example: NOVA (39) has 12 days left → 15.6 APEX is deducted; you pay 53.4 APEX for PULSAR (69). If the remaining value exceeds the new price, the excess is added as days. When you switch modules (once a month), the remaining value is likewise converted into days on the new module; no APEX leaves your balance.
What happens to my modules and Extra Pages if my plan ends?
They aren’t lost — they freeze. When your plan ends, the remaining days of your modules and Extra Pages stop and are kept. For example, if DCA has 20 days left, MTF 22 and 2 Extra Pages 20, those days wait as they are and continue from where they stopped when you buy a new plan. MTF and Extra Pages unlock with PULSAR or SUPERNOVA; the other modules continue with any plan. If you move to SUPERNOVA, the remaining days of modules you bought separately are added on top of the SUPERNOVA period. In the bot, hover over the ❄ mark next to the remaining time to see your frozen days.
Can I get a refund for something I bought?
Since UMRAYS is a digital service that starts immediately, the right of withdrawal can’t be exercised once it has started; that’s why there are no APEX or money refunds. Instead, you can swap a module you bought for another module once a month: the value of your remaining days is converted into days on the new module. Your statutory rights regarding a defective service are reserved; details on the Legal page.
How can I pay?
Payment opens at launch. You make your choice in the bot and complete payment by card in your browser, on the secure page of the licensed payment provider. Your card details are never passed to UMRAYS.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. 10% of the first payment made to UMRAYS by someone who comes through your invite link is added to your account as APEX, once; their later payments earn no share. Only real-money payments count; inviting yourself doesn’t count; referral APEX can’t be cashed out. Details on the Earn page.

The only condition: when your friend makes their first payment, you must have made at least one real-money payment yourself and your account must not be suspended. Your invite link appears in your account at launch. The person you invite also gets 10% of their own first payment as gift APEX, once.

How the bot works

How does the bot open a trade?
The bot scans the coins you chose on the timeframe you chose. When all the conditions you selected hold at the same time on a candle, the entry gate opens. If you have modules turned on, the signal is checked against them too: MTF Confirmation looks at the higher timeframes, BTC Gate looks at BTC. Even when the gate opens, the limits are checked first: the number of open positions, the total margin budget and whether the same coin is already open. If everything is fine, the order is sent.
What do “Trigger” and “Filter” mean?
A Trigger catches an event (a cross, a turn) and sets the moment of entry. A Filter never opens a trade on its own; it measures an ongoing state and confirms or blocks the trigger. In the bot, each condition’s badge shows its role; the indicators list below has the same badges.
Which price are the indicators calculated from?
In the bot, all indicators are calculated from the Heikin Ashi price. Switch your Binance chart to Heikin Ashi and you’ll see the same values as in the bot; indicator settings and colors: Heikin Ashi recipe.
Will it open the same coin twice?
No. There is an account-wide rule of one position per coin and direction; different pages share this rule too. The check is made against Binance’s live account data; even if the same coin gives a signal on several timeframes at once, there is only one buy.
What happens if I turn off my computer?
Since the bot runs on your computer, turning it off stops scanning. Your open positions stay on Binance, but the bot cannot manage them. The protection modules (Profit Lock, DCA Rescue, Liquidation Shield) work only while the bot is running.
How fast does the bot make decisions?
All calculation happens on your computer. With a single indicator (DMI: DI+ crosses above 50), a coin’s new price is calculated in a median 0.065 milliseconds. Even with the seven Entry Strategy indicators and all their conditions, the 12 timeframes of MTF Confirmation and the ten BTC Gate rules switched on at once, it takes 1.1 ms. In the heaviest measurement, where we had every rule calculated one by one with no shortcut at all, the median is 4.4 ms. Price arrives instantly from Binance over WebSocket, and the order is signed and sent straight to Binance; there is no server of ours in between. The round trip of an order and its confirmation depends on your internet connection. The measurement was done on a 2-core test computer; on your computer the time varies with your processor. Details on the home page.
Do you sell ready-made strategies or signals?
No. UMRAYS offers no ready-made strategy, template or signal and suggests no direction. You switch on and tune every layer; the bot only trades by the rules you set. UMRAYS gives no investment advice.
Which indicators are there?
8 indicators and 65 conditions: EMA, MACD, RSI, ADX/DMI, Fisher, VWAP, Volume and ATR. You pick and combine every condition yourself. All indicators are calculated from Heikin Ashi candles. The full list of conditions is in the Indicators, modules and settings section of this page.
What does the ATR filter do?
ATR measures how widely a coin moves: it divides the average move of the last 14 candles by the price and gives it as a percentage, so cheap and expensive coins are compared on the same scale. If you enter, for example, 1.0 in the ATR box in Entry Strategy, no trade is opened on coins whose average move stays below 1% of the price. ATR doesn’t generate a signal on its own; it’s the last gate after all the other conditions have matched. It doesn’t know direction: the same requirement applies to LONG and SHORT. In MTF Confirmation you set the same measure with a separate box for each timeframe you select. ATR is available in the PULSAR and SUPERNOVA plans; you see the same number in the ATR 14 % window at the very bottom of the chart.
How many coins can it scan?
You can scan all coins or only the ones you pick, and keep the ones you don’t want out of scanning with the blacklist. In real use, while watching 527 coins at once, the bot processed an average of 345 price updates per second.
Is there liquidation protection?
Yes: the Liquidation Shield. If price nears liquidation it adds margin to the position, and when price turns your way it pulls the excess back; it keeps the liquidation price at a constant distance from the mark price. You set the total budget and the minimum step. It works in isolated margin.
How does DCA work?
DCA Rescue never adds blindly to a losing position. The trigger is your entry strategy signalling again, in the same direction, on that coin. Then five checks run; only if all pass does it add, pulling the average cost toward the price. It doesn’t erase the loss; it shortens the way back.
Is there a trailing stop? How is profit locked?
Profit Lock moves a winning position’s stop upward; the stop never comes back down. You choose one of two modes: Tiered (once profit reaches L1 the stop locks into profit, moves up a step at L2, and trails the price step by step at L3) or Candle Trail (the stop moves to the low of each closed Heikin Ashi candle). Trade Management also has a Trailing Stop (%) setting.
What are MTF confirmation and the BTC filter?
MTF Confirmation System: a lower-timeframe signal becomes a trade only after higher timeframes confirm it too (7 indicators, 12 timeframes). BTC Gate: when a coin signals, BTC is checked first; if all the rules you ticked hold, the signal passes, and if even one fails, it’s filtered out (7 rules, 12 timeframes).

Indicators, modules and settings

Animated explanations live inside the bot. Tap a condition, module or setting: the live bot on the home page opens and shows that condition’s explanation; you watch step by step how it works on the chart.

65 entry conditions

RSI4 conditions

RSI’s position relative to the level you choose, and its cross of that level.

VWAP4 conditions

Price’s position relative to the daily VWAP and its cross. VWAP resets every day at UTC 00:00.

Volume2 conditions

High-volume green or red candle.

ATR1 condition

Coin volatility: the ratio of the average move of the last 14 candles to the price. Doesn’t generate a signal on its own. In the PULSAR and SUPERNOVA plans.

BTC Gate5 conditions

When a coin signal comes in, BTC is checked first: if all the rules you ticked hold, the signal passes; if even one fails, it is dropped.

Settings · what each field does

Usage and settings

Can I try it without putting in real money?
Yes: choose “Start with DEMO” in the Launcher; no API key needed. With a $10,000 virtual balance, all indicators, automated trading and all five modules work. In DEMO the bot runs on real market prices but sends no orders to Binance; trades are recorded in a paper ledger with the fake balance. Fills use the current mark price, and fees are charged at the live rate. Slippage is not taken into account, so DEMO results won’t repeat exactly on the real market. You can’t switch to DEMO while you have a real open position or a pending order on the exchange; the bot restarts when the mode changes. Switching to live asks for separate confirmation. DEMO works only on Futures; Spot has no leverage or liquidation, so it isn’t simulated.
Will the bot use all the money in my wallet?
No. In Trade Management you set the size of each position (Trade Size), the number of positions that can be open at once (Max. Open Pos.) and the total margin limit (Max. Total Margin). The bot checks these limits before opening a new position. DCA Rescue and Liquidation Shield have their own budget fields as well. Each field is explained in the Settings list below.
What exactly does Max. Total Margin limit?
The upper limit of the total collateral the bot can use at once. Even if you have $10,000 in your wallet, if you enter $1,000 here, the total margin of your open positions won’t exceed $1,000: including new buys, DCA Rescue additions and the margin added by Liquidation Shield. The remaining $9,000 is left untouched. If you set the cap higher than your wallet, the bot uses what’s in your wallet and warns you. CROSS positions you opened manually also count toward this total with their actual margin. If you enter 0, the cap is off and there is no limit. The Openable trades counter in Trade Management instantly calculates leverage × trade amount × number of positions; when there’s no room left, it lights up red and shows the reason.
Do I need to change any setting in my Binance account?
Mostly no; Spot needs no settings at all. On a Futures account the bot needs three settings: Hedge position mode (so LONG and SHORT on the same coin can be held separately), Single-Asset margin mode, and isolated margin on new positions. If you have no open positions, the bot sets these itself at startup. If you do have open positions, Binance doesn’t allow the change; the bot warns you, and you need to close your positions and restart the bot. Liquidation Shield doesn’t work on older positions still open in cross margin.
Can I close an open position manually?
Yes. You can close it with the CLOSE button on the bot’s panel (with a market or limit order; all of it, 50% or 25%) or directly on Binance. If you close it on Binance, the bot sees it immediately: the position drops off the list and the remaining stop orders in that direction are cleared.
Does the bot see a trade I opened manually on Binance or on my phone?
Yes. A Futures position you open from the Binance app, the website or your phone appears in the bot’s OPEN POS. list within seconds. You choose the protection: with the ⚙ Modules button above the list, you turn on the Profit Lock (L1·L2·L3 or Candle Trail), Liquidation Shield and DCA Rescue ticks for that position; the ticks reach the bot instantly. The bot doesn’t put a position you opened manually under protection on its own, because Profit Lock could sell a coin you bought for the long term within a few hours. It also sees a position you close manually: it drops off the list and the remaining stop orders in that direction are cleared; the other direction of the same coin isn’t touched. Liquidation Shield doesn’t work on a position opened with CROSS margin, because Binance doesn’t allow adding separate margin to a CROSS position; Profit Lock and DCA Rescue do work.
Can I save my strategy?
Yes. In the Profile row of General Settings, press SAVE and give it a name; all your settings are stored under that name. Later you pick it from the list and bring it back in one click with LOAD. The list shows each profile’s market and direction (LONG / SHORT).
Does the bot manage all my open positions?
No, you choose. In the Open Position Protection window you tick, coin by coin, which module (Profit Lock, Candle Trail, Liquidation Shield, DCA Rescue) runs for each position. The bot doesn’t touch a position you didn’t tick, such as one you hold long term.
Can I close all positions at once?
Yes. There is a CLOSE button for a single position and a CLOSE ALL AT MARKET button for all of them. To prevent accidental presses, closing all asks for extra confirmation and goes through a 10-second lock.
How is the budget shared between Extra Pages?
Each page has its own budget and position limit; all take a share of the total limit and cannot exceed it. To raise the ceiling, you can add new budget with Add Margin. You can move a coin together with its open position to another page; the target page’s quota and budget are checked on the bot side.
Can I share a profitable trade?
Yes. The bot turns a trade’s result into a success card image: for a single trade with the ↓ button in Trade history, for the last 30 days from the Performance card in the right panel. The card shows the coin, direction, leverage, active modules and profit percentage; it does not show your dollar amount. Your invite link and QR code are added to the card. You save it as a PNG through the save dialog. Sample card: Earn · Share your card.
What is the Academy?
The video library inside the bot. The Academy button in the top bar shows all videos under module headings, with a search box; under each module you also find the videos that explain it. Videos are shown in your language, or in English if not available. If you’re a creator, you can apply with your channel and join with your video: UMRAYS Academy.
Does the bot have a stop-loss?
There is no separate stop-loss. A stop-loss closes the position at a loss once price drops to a set level, which would defeat the point of DCA Rescue adding at the bottom to lower the average. UMRAYS manages a losing position with DCA Rescue and Liquidation Shield. You can still place your own stop-loss on Binance if you want: in Futures, the bot does not touch a stop order you place manually on the loss side of your entry. When a position closes, any remaining stop orders for that position are cleaned up. In Spot, the bot never places a sell order below cost.
Does it trade stablecoins like USDC?
No. 10 stablecoins like USDT, USDC, DAI and FDUSD are on the Blacklist; the bot never looks at them. You can add any coin you want to the Blacklist and remove it again. BTC can’t be blacklisted, because the BTC Gate runs on its data.
How do I use the blacklist?
A coin you add to the Blacklist in General Settings is never scanned and doesn’t trigger an alarm either: if there’s a coin you have bad memories of, put it there and the bot won’t look at it again. The list is stored in the bot’s own file; a coin stays on it until you remove it, and the list is shared across all pages. 10 stablecoins are already on the list. BTC can’t be added to the list, because BTC Gate works with its data. If you pick Single Coin in General Settings, that coin is scanned even if it’s on the blacklist, because you chose it specifically.
What happens to my settings and open positions when I restart the bot?
Your settings are saved automatically on every change and restored at startup. As soon as it opens, the bot recognizes your open positions on Binance and the stop orders placed on them, and picks up managing them where it left off.
Can I see my past trades?
Yes, in the HISTORY tab of the bottom panel: entry and exit price, quantity, open and close time, duration and profit percentage; plus the number of DCA additions and the level at which Profit Lock was active (L1 · L2 · L3 or Candle Trail). The entry price is taken from Binance’s own account data, so it matches the Binance screen.
Can I get notifications on Telegram?
Yes. Notifications come from your own Telegram bot; our server is not in between. Setup is done once and takes two minutes: you create your own bot in @BotFather, and the bot walks you through the steps one by one. Notifications you can choose: trade opened/closed, protection events (Profit Lock, Liquidation Shield, DCA Rescue), critical alerts (API error, protection could not be set, account mode) and a daily summary. During quiet hours only critical alerts come through. By default, messages show only percentages; you can turn on dollar amounts if you want.
Does the bot make sounds? What does each sound mean?
Yes. Each of ten events has its own sound: close in profit, close in loss, signal, buy, stop and profit lock, DCA, Liquidation Shield adding margin, the Shield taking margin back, critical alert and disconnection. In the bot, the speaker to the right of the FEED panel turns all sounds on and off; the arrow next to it opens the sound window. There you turn the sound down or up with the Volume slider; the slider sets only the bot’s sound and doesn’t touch your computer’s volume. You play each sound with ▶ and turn off the ones you don’t want one by one. Sounds are tied to events, not language; they play the same whatever language you use the bot in.
Does the bot show notifications on the computer?
Yes, in the desktop program. When the bot window isn’t in front, for example while you’re working in another window or the bot is minimized, the events you chose are announced with a small card at the bottom right of the screen: the event’s icon, name, page and coin. At most three cards show at once; each closes by itself after a few seconds and stays while you hover over it. Click a card to bring the bot to the front and open that coin on the chart. You choose which events are notified with the bell on each row of the sound window, or all at once with All notifications; notifications still come even if you turn the sounds off. Notifications work only in the desktop program, not in the live bot on the website.

Bot screen

What are the PLAN, WALLET, PERFORMANCE, EARN and SUPPORT tabs in the right panel for?
PLAN: your plan, modules and remaining days; from here you upgrade, add time or switch modules. WALLET: your Futures and Spot balance, the used and available amount, the Max. Total Margin cap, the number of trades you can open and your APEX wallet. PERFORMANCE: the profit/loss curve of your closed trades, a summary for today, this week and this month, your last 10 trades and a shareable success card. EARN: the referral program and the creator application. SUPPORT: support requests, the Telegram connection, and the Binance connection and API status.
What does the PANEL button at the top right do?
It hides the right panel (user card and FEED); the middle column takes over the freed space and widens, so the chart and the position table are easier to read. Press it again and the panel comes back.
What does the radar show?
All the coins on your list are watched at the same time; the rotating arm shows this constant watching. When a coin passes all your rules, its disc lights up on the radar, an ALARM 15s countdown starts above it and the disc stays on screen for 15 seconds; if the same coin signals again, the timer resets. LONG is green, SHORT is red; 5 discs per direction are visible at once. The alarms of all pages are on this single radar. An alarm doesn’t mean a trade was opened: for a trade, AUTO BUY must be on and the cap and position limits must allow it.
What do ENTRY, CONFIRMATION, READY and UNUSED mean in TF LOADING?
Before making decisions, the bot downloads the history of each timeframe (300 candles per coin) from Binance; TF LOADING is the live view of this download and shows the 12 timeframes separately. ENTRY: the timeframe your Entry Strategy looks at. CONFIRMATION: the timeframe MTF Confirmation looks at. READY: fully downloaded. UNUSED: loaded but not used by this page. NOT LOADED: not downloaded yet. Until a timeframe reaches 100%, no rule that looks at it works; if you’re not getting signals, check here first.
What do “0 / 7” and “TF 0/12” mean in the Scan Summary?
Scan Summary shows everything you set up in one place: direction, market, entry timeframe, active modules and your selections; what you see on screen is what gets searched for. 0 / 7 shows how many of the seven indicators are on. TF 0/12 is the timeframe budget: for each timeframe it uses, the bot opens a permanently open live data connection to Binance; Binance applies a per-account quota to these connections and may temporarily block your IP address if it’s exceeded. That’s why at most 12 different timeframes are used at once across Futures and Spot combined; entry, MTF Confirmation and BTC Gate timeframes all count. When the counter is full, it turns red. A timeframe opened while the bot is running stays in the budget for that session.
What do CALCULATE and the blinking BTC icon in BTC Gate mean?
When you pick your rules in BTC Gate and press CALCULATE, BTC’s current state is measured against your rules: each rule appears in green (met) or red (not met) figures, and it shows how many rules are met. While scanning is running, the BTC NOW box refreshes on its own about every 15 seconds. If BTC doesn’t meet your rules, a red strip opens below the Strategies row; it shows which rule isn’t met and how long it has been waiting, and the BTC icon blinks slowly. During this time the bot gives no new alarms; once the gate opens, it continues on its own.
Why does the Performance tab look empty?
Performance is calculated only from closed trades. If you don’t have any closed trades yet, for example if you just opened the demo, values show “—”, the curve is a flat line and the share card also shows “—” for profit. It fills up as your first trades close; in the demo it’s calculated from the trades in the paper trading ledger.

Extra Page

What is an Extra Page?
It is a separate workspace in the same bot: each page has its own strategy, its own coins and its own margin. You can buy up to 4 extra pages. Extra Pages are sold only to PULSAR or SUPERNOVA owners. Every extra page has your own plan and the modules you own unlocked.
Why and how do I move an open position to another page?
The badge to the left of the position row (A = Main page, 1, 2… = Extra Page) shows which page’s rules manage the position. Pressing the badge opens CHANGE PAGE: you pick the target page, see the NOW → FROM NOW ON comparison and confirm. The position isn’t closed and no order goes to the exchange; only the rules applied change: Profit Lock, Liquidation Shield and DCA Rescue now run with the target page’s settings. For example, you move the position to a page with a wider DCA or a different shield distance. If the target page’s quota or budget is full, the move is rejected.
How does Extra Page pricing work?
The monthly price is the total for the number of pages you buy:
Extra page30 days total
139
278
3117
4156
Will an Extra Page strain my computer?
About 5–7% CPU and ~300 MB of memory per page, on your computer. A hardware warning is shown on the purchase screen.

Troubleshooting

The bot started but isn’t opening trades
Check in order: ① Have the timeframes loaded (the screen should show “SCANNING”) · ② Is the API key entered and verified · ③ Do the conditions you chose hold at the same time; if many filters are selected together, the gate may stay shut for days · ④ Your margin budget or open position count may have hit the ceiling.
The PnL in the bot looks different from Binance
The bot calculates the ROI percentage on the initial margin; the base does not change even when Liquidation Shield adds margin. That way it reads the same as the figure on the Binance screen.
The bot started. Why doesn’t it look for signals right away?
At startup, historical candles are downloaded from Binance for every timeframe you chose; the indicators are calculated from this data. The bot does not generate signals until the data is complete, because an indicator calculated on incomplete data gives false signals. Once the timeframes are loaded, scanning starts on its own.
What happens if my internet drops briefly?
When the connection comes back, the bot reconnects to Binance on its own and fills in from Binance the candles whose close it missed during the outage; indicators are never calculated on incomplete data. Meanwhile, the stop orders you have on Binance stay in place on the exchange.
Is it a problem if my computer’s clock is wrong?
No. The bot syncs to Binance’s clock at startup and every 5 minutes; orders are sent according to Binance time.
Will Binance block the bot because of rate limits?
The bot watches both Binance limits: the weight of data requests and the number of orders sent. If Binance still imposes a temporary ban, the bot sends no requests until it expires, because continuing to ask while the ban is active only extends it. Once it expires, it picks up where it left off.
How can I get support?
You can write to us through the form on the Support page or at support@umrays.com. Attaching the bot log to your request speeds up the fix; the log file is in the installation folder and does not contain your API key.
