PROFIT LOCK

Text of the bot's built-in "How to use" guide.

What you need to know

Profit % is measured by the price change, without leverage. The bot checks each position every 4 seconds; the new stop is placed on Binance first, then the old one is removed.

While L1·L2·L3 is on, Trailing Stop and Limit Take Profit are not placed; Take Profit Net works in parallel. In the trial version L3 and Candle Trail are off.

Module

  1. Profit Lock is stop management that locks in a winning position's profit step by step.
  2. It has two modes: L1 · L2 · L3 Trail and Candle Trail. Only one works at a time.
  3. The module is INACTIVE right now: no profit protection is running.

Turning on

  1. We turn on L1 · L2 · L3 Trail. This switch also turns on the main switch.
  2. The module is now ACTIVE. Let's see what the six boxes do.

L1

  1. L1 activation 4: when the position's profit reaches 4%, the first stop is placed. Before that there is no stop.
  2. L1 trail 2: the stop is placed 2 points behind the profit. 4 − 2 = stop at entry +2%.
  3. Example: entry 100. When the price hits 104, the stop is set at 102. Even if the price turns back, the position closes in profit.

L2

  1. L2 activation 8 · L2 trail 4: when profit reaches 8%, the stop moves to entry +4%.
  2. Example: at a price of 108, the stop rises from 102 to 104.
  3. L1 and L2 are fixed steps: the stop waits at these two points and does not move with the price.

L3

  1. L3 activation 12 · L3 trail 6: when profit reaches 12%, the stop follows the price step by step, always 6 points behind the profit.
  2. Example: 112 → stop 106 · 120 → stop 114.
  3. If the price falls from 120 to 116, the stop stays at 114. The stop only moves up, never back down.
  1. You set the values yourself. For example, let's type 3 into L1 activation.
  2. Now the stop is placed at 3% profit: 3 − 2 = entry +1%. The lock comes earlier, but the risk of being closed by a small wave grows.
  3. If you raise it, protection starts later and part of the profit can be given back. We go back to the default 4.
  4. The gap between activation and trail is the profit that gets locked. Minimums: activation at least 1, trail at least 0.5; a smaller value is corrected in the box.
  5. The ? on each row opens a live chart explanation of that setting. Let's open the one for L1 activation.
  6. A position opens on a real chart; you see step by step where the stop is placed when profit reaches L1 activation.
  7. We close the explanation and return to the panel. You can check the ? on each row yourself.
  8. The second mode: Candle Trail. We turn it on.
  9. L1 · L2 · L3 turned off by itself: the two modes never run together; whichever is on manages the stop.
  10. The rule: if a closed candle's Heikin Ashi low is above the entry price, the stop is placed at that low.
  11. As long as the low has not risen above the entry price, there is no stop.
  12. The stop is placed with a commission margin added, so the stop price is always above break-even.
  13. It repeats at every new candle close: as the lows rise, the stop rises and never comes down. In SHORT it mirrors: the candle's high.
  14. Which candle? In the open positions table you can choose a timeframe for the coin; if you don't, the signal's timeframe is used, otherwise the scan timeframe. Here it is 1m.
  15. Open positions under Candle Trail are listed here: coin, direction, timeframe, lock step and stop price.
  16. In short: L1·L2·L3 locks profit by percentage, Candle Trail by candle lows. Both only move the stop up.
