ENTRY STRATEGY

Text of the bot's built-in "How to use" guide.

What you need to know

You pick one condition per indicator; all active indicators must be met together. If you turn an indicator on without choosing a condition, it gives no signal.

A Helper filter chosen on its own opens trades on every coin that meets it, without telling them apart; that is why it is used together with a Main criterion.

  1. Entry Strategy is where buy signals for coins are produced.
  2. There are seven indicators: RSI, EMA, MACD, Fisher, DMI, VWAP, Volume. Each has its own tab.
  3. A signal forms when all the indicators you turned on are met at the same time. If none is on, there is no signal.
  4. Example: we turn on DMI.
  5. DMI is made of three lines: +DI buyers, −DI seller pressure, and ADX the strength of the trend.
  6. Conditions carry two kinds of labels. A Main criterion is an event: for example the moment +DI crosses above −DI.
  7. We pick it: this is the trigger that starts the signal.
  8. A Helper filter is not an event but an ongoing state: +DI being above −DI. No crossing is searched for.
  9. A Helper filter chosen on its own opens trades on every coin that meets it, without telling them apart; that is why it is used together with a Main criterion.
  10. Because the direction is LONG, the SHORT conditions are locked; you pick one condition per indicator.
  11. A base filter: we type 25 into ADX Level.
  12. Now if ADX is below 25, the coin counts as trendless and no signal forms. With 0 this filter is off.
  13. A second indicator: MACD. We turn it on.
  14. From MACD we pick a Helper filter: MACD Above Signal.
  15. No crossing is searched for: it is the ongoing state of the MACD line being above the signal line.
  16. Result: a signal forms at the moment +DI crosses above −DI, if ADX is at least 25 and MACD is above its signal.
  17. The trigger comes from one indicator and the others narrow it down: one Main criterion + Helper filters.
  18. If you choose two Main criteria from two indicators, both events must happen at the same time; signals become rare.
  19. The ? on each condition opens a chart explanation. Let's open the one for Cross Up.
  20. On the chart you see step by step on which candle the condition forms and why it does not.
